Refund policy

At Mudra Designer Studio, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of ethnic wear and handcrafted products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, design preference, occasion cancellation, or incorrect selection by the customer.
  • Customers are requested to review product descriptions, images, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing video and photographs must be provided as proof.
  • Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

  • Approved claims will be eligible for either:
    • Store Credit, or
    • Replacement of the product (subject to availability).
  • Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sarees with fall/pico, alterations, or customizations.
  • Sale, clearance, exhibition, showcase, or promotional purchases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged after delivery.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not been processed for dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
