Refund policy
At Mudra Designer Studio, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of ethnic wear and handcrafted products, we maintain a strict return policy.
Returns
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, design preference, occasion cancellation, or incorrect selection by the customer.
- Customers are requested to review product descriptions, images, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear unboxing video and photographs must be provided as proof.
- Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Refunds
- Approved claims will be eligible for either:
- Store Credit, or
- Replacement of the product (subject to availability).
- Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sarees with fall/pico, alterations, or customizations.
- Sale, clearance, exhibition, showcase, or promotional purchases.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged after delivery.
Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not been processed for dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
